Screen Printing Basics guide book is the first in the series of screen printing manuals by Otto Dettmer.
This illustrated manual explains the principles of screen printing in 26 pages with 13 illustrations, including a pull-out center spread.
The 'text-block' is screen printed on a single sheet, then sliced and folded into individual pages. The center page spread folds out to double size.

Otto Dettmer is a graphic artist practicing in books arts, screen printing and illustration. He has been screen printing artists' books containing his own visual narratives since 1996, and has made around 80 titles. His workshop in the UK was Marshfield Screen Print near Bath, now moved to Brittany, France where he is in the process of setting up a new workshop called Salamandre.
